I design and lead products across enterprise, retail, and regulated industries—helping teams turn complexity into clear, scalable experiences. I’ve worked on large-scale platforms used by thousands of users, partnering closely with product, front-end, back-end engineering, content, and business teams to bring ideas from concept to production.
I’m hands-on in the work, but also step back to connect it to the bigger picture—aligning teams, shaping direction, and making sure what we build actually works for the business and the people using it. I’ve led and mentored small design teams (up to 5 designers), helping elevate craft while delivering cohesive, high-impact solutions.
Outside of work, I’m a parent and problem-solver beyond design. That mix of structure, grit, empathy, and adaptability shapes how I lead—practical, thoughtful, and focused on moving people and products forward.
